On Monday, just after the opening weekend of the Club World Cup, FIFA unveiled its latest innovation: a “functional luxury” fashion line for men and women called FIFA 1904. Qatar Creates and CR Runway announced details for the world’s biggest fashion show, Qatar Fashion United by CR Runway, taking place between the semifinal and final matches at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ on December 16. Highlighting the intersection of fashion, culture, music, and sports, this history-making global showcase will feature works by more than 150 designers from 6 continents.
Held two days before the FIFA World Cup 2022™ finals between France and Argentina, the stadium’s pitch was transformed into a grand X-shaped stage with three unique runway acts separated by a variety of special musical guests, including Nancy Arjam, Zake Bantwini, Khaled, Ozuna, Soo Joo Park, Jay Psar, Post Malone, Kadim Al Sahir, and DJ Snake.
